GENERAL INFORMATION
|
Under the direction of the Director of Business & Finance, participates fully in the overall operations of the buildings and grounds owned by the school district to ensure a safe, attractive, clean, and comfortable environment for all users with efficiency and cost effectiveness.
|
|
QUALIFICATIONS
|
1- High School graduate – required.
2- Technical Degree, Bachelor’s Degree, or advanced degree, or experience in facility management, renovation and construction is desirable.
3- Job-related training or experience; formal training or license / certification in boiler operations, refrigeration, EPA compliance, asbestos / ADHERA regulations, and other Federal compliance areas.
4- Demonstrated proficiency in and solid working knowledge of building system areas: i.e. general construction, electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, mechanical, fire, and other building systems and the associated code requirements.
5- Formal training or experience with plant management software and systems.
6- Ability to successful complete First Aide, CPR, and Defensive Driving
